The details
Answers before anything becomes permanent.
Custom work should feel clear. These are the questions that help an idea move confidently toward production.
How does a custom order begin?
Start in the store with a product or send a project inquiry. Share quantity, timing, personalization, and artwork. We confirm the direction and any final pricing before production.
Will I see the design before engraving?
A digital proof can be requested for personalized orders. Production begins after the required design details and approval are received.
What artwork can I provide?
Vector artwork is ideal for logos, but clear PNG, JPG, PDF, sketches, and reference images can help establish direction. Artwork cleanup may add cost.
Can Davies engrave an item I already own?
Some customer-provided items may be accepted after material and compatibility review. Because results vary by coating and construction, approval is required before drop-off.
How long does an order take?
Timing depends on product availability, quantity, artwork readiness, and the current production schedule. Include a firm event date in the first inquiry. Rush work is reviewed case by case.
How do event and wedding orders work?
We quote these as a collection after reviewing date, quantity, product mix, personalization, brand or wedding details, packaging, and delivery needs.
Can our group run a dedicated fundraiser?
Yes. Campaigns can receive a focused collection and dedicated page with approved group identity, ordering details, campaign dates, and fulfillment expectations.
Where does payment happen?
Online payment is not yet active. Customers can browse and preview customization in the store, then use the inquiry form while checkout is being connected.
Is payment information stored on this site?
No. The current website does not collect or store card or wallet details.
